Really nic-c-e-e-, Non dug Federal Sword Belt Plate with RAYS fully encircling the eagle.  This is a handsome plate and retains its full, applied German Silver wreath.  It has been a part of my collection for decades and came to me with this keeper which matches it in color and fit, though the benchmark is different.  The picker frequented antique stores and estate auctions in Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio.
