22mm, Vermont state seal coat button with "Scovill Mf'g Co.*/Waterbuty" rmdc backmark. This button was dug in Cold Harbor, Virginia. Tiniest little push on right side of the shield.  It does not show sitting flat, but is mentioned for the sake of accuracy.
